Focus

I read a statement that was posted on May 20, 2008 by Zach Even, and it turn out to be the story of my life. I can count the few people on one hand who as always believed in me, but for a long time if I was not focused and determined I would not be where I am today. When I started in this business I was only 18 years old, and I was told I was too skinny and too short to be in this business. I am so thankful I did not listen, or I would not have gone on to win over 20 competitions in bodybuilding, was feature on ESPN as top bodybuilder for the state of Florida.

I have been doing this for over twenty five years and no one will ever stop me, especially with what I learned in this past weekend certification for underground strength coach. I am more focused and committed than I have ever been before in my life.

Believe in your self and no one can stop you.
